Why should I register? You won't have to re-enter your details every time you shop on our site, your previous order is remembered on our system for future reference and you will receive special offers or promotions from time to time.
What should I do if I forget my password? Click on 'Forgot your password?' on the shopping bag page and enter your email address you used to log on to our web site, our system will automatically generate a new password and send it to you via email.
How do I update my personal information? Once you've logged on, click on 'Update Personal Info'. You may update your personal information on that page, but you must enter your password again to confirm the changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How are the shipping charges calculated? Within New Zealand, we charge $6 for delivery nationwide or $9.50 for delivery to RD addresses.
For international orders we deliver via International AirPost as this the most cost-efficient method of shipping. Our shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight. Postage and handling is additional to the product prices quoted. Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
How soon will my order be processed? For all shipments please allow 12hrs for processing. Orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after
How long is the delivery time to my address? Allow 3-4 business days for delivery within New Zealand Allow 3-5 business days for delivery to Australia Allow 3-12 business days to all other international destinations
What should I do if my order fails to arrive? Please advise us within 7 days if your order fails to arrive within the specified time.
Payment Methods
What payment methods does Oasis Beauty NZ accept? We accept payment via credit card. We accept either Visa or MasterCard for all orders, whether online, via fax, phone or mail. All orders are accepted subject to availability of products. Prices will be those applicable at the order date.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on the Oasis Beauty website? Yes. We do not know or keep your credit card information anywhere on our web site. You enter your credit card information directly onto the Paymate secured payment page, your transaction will be processed and approved right there.
I prefer not to order online. Can I order in other ways? We also welcome orders via facsimile or mail. Simply print a copy of our facsimile order form and fax it to us (including credit card details) at:

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet with Oasis Beauty NZ? We use Paymate, a secure payment method to process your credit card payment. The currency conversion takes place in real time at the currency conversion rate applicable at time of purchase.
Is your site secure? We utilise international-standard SSL 128-bit encryption software: This means any credit card information you send will be encrypted - when it is entered and when in transit - and will remain totally confidential.

Your information (excluding credit card details) will be held by us on a secure server - so if you re-order at any time you will not need to re-send it.
Returns Policy
What do I do if I find the items are ruined or broken? We do our utmost to ensure the products are packed and protected adequately. However we are unable to accept liability for any damage or breakages during transport.
Can I return the items back to you if I'm not satisfied? If you are not completely satisfied with your Oasis Beauty purchase, return the product within 30 days and we will refund your money. Simply ship the unused items in their original packing back to us via airmail to our address above and we will refund you with the full amount.
Are there any charges associated in the returns? Just the cost of sending your products back to us.
Can I cancel my order if I don't want to wait any longer? Yes, you can for as long as your order has not been despatched. We will refund you with full amount including shipping charges back to your specified account. Contact us to cancel an order.
